It is the test used to determine the plastic deformation caused by flattening the test samples cut from the pipes by pressing at certain rates.
It is the test of flattening the test samples cut between 50 and 100 mm from the end of the pipes by pressing them at the rates specified in the standard in the direction of the diameter. The aim is to determine the plastic deformation capability. In our laboratory, the mentioned test is carried out with the INSTRON 600 kN Universal Tensile-Pressing device.
